These terms cover the Pack Listing Kit website, the waitlist and, once it launches, the Pack Listing Kit software. By using any of them you agree to these terms.
Pack Listing Kit is run by Mohammad Debes, a sole trader based in Palestine. You can reach us at mohd.debes@proton.me.
Joining the waitlist is free and does not commit you to anything. We will email you when early access opens. The product is still being built, so its features, prices and launch date may change, and we may decide not to launch it.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's own buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are covered in our refund policy.
We work hard to make the software useful and reliable, but it is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will be free of errors or that it will increase your sales. Always check your files and listings before you publish them.
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost sales or lost profits, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer law where you live.
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell paying customers by email before it applies. The date at the top shows the latest version.
