We want you to be happy with Pack Listing Kit. If it is not right for you, here is how refunds work.
If you ask within 14 days of any payment, we will refund that payment in full. You do not have to give a reason.
Email mohd.debes@proton.me from the address you used to buy, or use the link in your Paddle receipt. Our orders are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, and Paddle sends the refund back to your original payment method. It usually arrives within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
You can cancel a subscription at any time. It will not renew, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling on its own does not refund the current period, so ask us within 14 days if you want that.
The free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
